OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING SERVICES

CIA as management training firm has held consistent programs to mark the World Project Management Day in the last few years, and has provided free training and certification on Basic overview of Project Management for hundreds of persons as part of its corporate social responsibility to raise awareness for the practice of project management.

CIA. conducts yearly professional induction into the society of project management professionals and mandatory continuous development education for graduates from it’s management academy.

CIA and its faculty have been involved in setting up management training academics within and outside the country.

Our Training Strategy

We hold specialized training to suit organization/staff needs that will enhance operation, project, procurement, customer service, logistics, stake holders, cost, risk, human resource and communication plan. We can schedule the training at your location (implant) or any training venue of your choice. The classes will hold weekends, week days, online and distance learning. We also provide a 1 year post training mentorship, consulting and support services. It can be held at our strategic training facilities and locations the country or abroad.
